Terms and Conditions – p666game Pakistan Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and p666game ("we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://p666game.bet and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of p666game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by p666game including but not limited to cricket betting, crash games, roulette, fishing games, virtual sports, the VIP Club and all promotions or bonus programmes.

p666game is strictly a platform for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout your use of the platform. It is your responsibility to confirm that using online gaming services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing p666game.

In addition to the age requirement, you are only eligible to register and use p666game if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are accessing the platform for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a p666game employee.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned or voluntarily self-excluded from p666game or any associated platform.
• You are not acting under the influence of a gambling disorder or seeking to misuse or circumvent the platform's responsible gaming measures.

p666game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is determined that a user registered or used the platform while under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all funds (including winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on p666game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held in them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You must keep this information up to date. p666game is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate registration details, including failed withdrawal notifications or identity verification delays.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person, and you must notify p666game immediately at support@p666game.bet if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. p666game cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login details.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or when p666game has reason to verify your identity for security or compliance purposes. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC upon request will result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on p666game — deposits, bets and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions or exchange rate fees on any transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on p666game is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits via mobile wallet are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business hour during standard banking hours. p666game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible — this is a fraud prevention measure. You may not withdraw to a third party's account. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following standard timescales:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: 5–15 minutes (standard); immediate for Platinum and Diamond VIP members.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Up to 30 minutes.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–4 business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

p666game reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending verification if an account has not previously been verified, if the withdrawal amount is unusually large, or if p666game has reason to investigate the transaction for fraud or policy compliance.

Funds deposited on p666game that have not been used for betting within 12 months of the last account activity may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

p666game offers betting markets on real cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals and international tournaments), virtual sports, and other game types. By placing a bet on p666game, you accept the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been accepted by p666game.
• The minimum bet across all products on p666game is Rs 100 for virtual sports and Rs 200 for real cricket and other sports betting markets.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and account VIP tier. p666game reserves the right to set, change or remove maximum bet limits at its discretion without advance notice.
• p666game uses decimal odds format. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet, even if odds subsequently change.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement — due to any technical error, data feed delay or otherwise — will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, rained off or otherwise not completed to a result, bets will be settled according to p666game's official cricket settlement rules published on the platform.
• p666game reserves the right to void any bet in whole or in part where there is evidence of technical error, fraud, or where the applicable market terms were not met.

p666game offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published with the individual promotion. In cases of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Unless a bonus is explicitly described as a "no wagering" or "cashback" bonus, all bonus funds credited to your p666game account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for standard deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. For example: a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires you to place bets totalling Rs 150,000 before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Only bets placed from your bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirement.
• Bets placed on virtual sports contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Cricket and sports betting bets contribute 100%. Casino-style games such as roulette contribute 50% unless otherwise stated.
• Bets that are voided, refunded or where the qualifying odds threshold is not met do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited if you request a withdrawal of real-money funds before the requirement is completed.
• p666game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the point of withdrawal will be honoured subject to their terms.
• Abusing bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonuses in coordination with another player to minimise risk, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting — constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

The p666game VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) open to all registered players. Participation in the VIP Club is subject to these Terms and any specific VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page.

• VIP points are earned on qualifying bets placed across all p666game products. The earn rate varies by product category — details are published on the VIP Club page.
• VIP tier upgrades are reviewed on a monthly basis based on cumulative qualifying bet volume over the preceding calendar month.
• Tier downgrade: If your qualifying bet volume falls below the threshold for your current tier in any given month, your tier may be reduced at the end of the following review period. You will be notified in advance.
• VIP cashback is credited in PKR to your p666game account on a weekly basis. Cashback credited under the VIP Club programme at Gold tier and above carries no wagering requirement and is withdrawable immediately.
• Personal account managers are assigned to Gold tier and above. p666game may reassign account managers at its discretion. Having an account manager does not alter or replace any terms governing your account.
• p666game reserves the right to modify, restructure or discontinue the VIP Club programme at any time with reasonable advance notice to members. Benefits already earned at the time of any programme change will be honoured.
• VIP status may be suspended or permanently revoked if an account is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.

p666game takes responsible gaming seriously and is committed to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all p666game account holders and can be activated via the account settings menu:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, per week or per month. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot access or deposit to your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from p666game for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period — no exceptions.

p666game will not knowingly offer or market bonus promotions to players who have indicated they have a gambling problem or who have previously activated a responsible gaming tool. The following activities are strictly prohibited on p666game. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account for any single individual.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using p666game for any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, exploit or interfere with any p666game game, system, odds feed or RNG in any way.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Coordinating with other players to reduce risk artificially or exploit bonus terms (known as "bonus abuse" or "arbing").
• Accessing p666game from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to use p666game on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing p666game staff or other users through any communication channel.

p666game uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions on account suspension or closure due to prohibited conduct are final subject to a formal dispute process described in Section 14.

All content on p666game — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game titles, graphics, text, odds data, user interface elements and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of p666game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the p666game platform for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any p666game content without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of p666game's intellectual property — including the scraping of odds data, replication of the user interface, or use of the p666game brand name in any marketing or third-party context — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

p666game operates on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform available, secure and functional 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p666game's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of PKR deposited in your account at the time the claim arose. In no event will p666game be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

• p666game is not responsible for losses arising from your internet connection failing during an active session.
• p666game is not responsible for financial or other losses resulting from you providing incorrect payment details for withdrawals.
• Game outcomes generated by the certified RNG are final. p666game is not liable for game results that a user considers unfavourable.
• p666game is not responsible for any tax obligations you may incur on your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and meet your tax obligations under applicable Pakistani law.

p666game collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using p666game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

p666game does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, meeting legal or regulatory obligations, and improving the platform. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment providers who are contractually obligated to handle your data securely.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections, or to request deletion subject to any legal retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact support@p666game.bet.

p666game reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory or fraud prevention reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of p666game after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute is the version that governs that dispute. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of p666game that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process will be escalated to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the dispute procedures published on the platform.

To initiate a formal complaint, contact p666game in writing at support@p666game.bet with the subject line "Formal Dispute – [your username]". p666game will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will use reasonable endeavours to resolve it within 14 business days. If a dispute is not resolved within that period, both parties may explore alternative resolution routes.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
